| Serves 24. Preparation - 15 minutes.
Brennans Bread; 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper; 1/2 cup salad dressing; 6 slices cheddar; 1 cucumber, sliced very thinly; 1 medium BBQ chicken, flesh removed skin and bones discarded.
1. Roughly chop chicken flesh. Combine with Caesar dressing and pepper in a mixing bowl. Spread evenly over 6 slices of bread. Top with a second slice of bread. 2. Spread top of each stack lightly with extra dressing. cover with slice of cheese and cucumber. Finish with remaining slices of bread. 3. Cut each stack into 4 pieces, diagonally. Store in airtight container or wrap in plastic wrap until required. Keep chilled. |
