8 oz cheddar cheese grated;
1 oz butter;
1 tbsp mustard;
salt and pepper;
1 tbsp vinegar;
toast made from fresh Brennans Bread.

Put cheese, butter, mustard, seasoning and vinegar in a heavy based pan and heat very gently until creamy. Spoon onto the toast and sprinkle over the pepper. Brown under a hot grill. Serve as a tasty snack or supper dish.
