Start your morning out the right way and treat yourself to a proper breakfast of scrambled eggs on toast
Things you’ll need:
- 4 large free-range eggs
- 100ml of milk
- 25g of butter
- Pepper
- 4 slices of Brennans Family Pan
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced (optional)
Instructions:
- Break the four eggs into a large bowl and beat with a fork until the yolks and whites are combined.
- Add the milk and half of the butter.
- Add a pinch of pepper and mix well.
- Heat the other half of the butter in a large non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat.
- Once it’s hot, add the egg mixture. Leave it for one minute to set before mixing it as it cooks with a wooden spoon.
- Your eggs will take about four minutes to cook.
- Meanwhile, toast and butter your Brennans Family Pan.
- When the eggs have reached a consistency you’re happy with, serve them with the toast and an optional sprinkling of the chopped spring onions.
