Scrambled Egg On Toast

Start your morning out the right way and treat yourself to a proper breakfast of scrambled eggs on toast

Things you’ll need:

  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • 100ml of milk
  • 25g of butter
  • Pepper
  • 4 slices of Brennans Family Pan
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced (optional)

Instructions:

  • Break the four eggs into a large bowl and beat with a fork until the yolks and whites are combined.
  • Add the milk and half of the butter.
  • Add a pinch of pepper and mix well.
  • Heat the other half of the butter in a large non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat.
  • Once it’s hot, add the egg mixture. Leave it for one minute to set before mixing it as it cooks with a wooden spoon.
  • Your eggs will take about four minutes to cook.
  • Meanwhile, toast and butter your Brennans Family Pan.
  • When the eggs have reached a consistency you’re happy with, serve them with the toast and an optional sprinkling of the chopped spring onions.
