
Have a delicious lunch by tucking in to a low fat sandwich, using Weight Watchers Brown.
Things you’ll need:
- 2 slices of Weight Watchers Brown
- 1/2 teaspoon of wholegrain mustard
- 1 teaspoon of low fat mayonnaise
- 1 leaf of romaine lettuce
- 1 slice of lean turkey
- 1 radish, finely sliced
- 1/2 tomato, finely sliced
Instructions:
- Spread the wholegrain mustard and low fat mayonnaise evenly over the slices of bread.
- Layer the lettuce, turkey, sliced radish and tomatoes on one slice of bread and top with the second slice.
- Slice in half and enjoy.
