Low Fat Delight

Have a delicious lunch by tucking in to a low fat sandwich, using Weight Watchers Brown.

Things you’ll need:

  • 2 slices of Weight Watchers Brown
  • 1/2 teaspoon of wholegrain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 leaf of romaine lettuce
  • 1 slice of lean turkey
  • 1 radish, finely sliced
  • 1/2 tomato, finely sliced

Instructions:

  • Spread the wholegrain mustard and low fat mayonnaise evenly over the slices of bread.
  • Layer the lettuce, turkey, sliced radish and tomatoes on one slice of bread and top with the second slice.
  • Slice in half and enjoy.
