
Enjoy this crispy and creamy sandwich on your day off.
Things you’ll need
- 1 free-range egg
- 2 slices of Brennans Family Pan
- 1 tablespoon of coleslaw
- 2 slices of lettuce
- 1 slice of roasted chicken breast
- 1/4 red pepper, finely sliced
Instructions
- Start by boiling your egg.
- Put it into a saucepan of cold water and bring to the boil.
- Boil for 8 minutes.
- Drain the boiling hot water and fill the saucepan with cold water, covering the egg, and set aside to allow to fully cool.
- Evenly spread the coleslaw on the two slices of bread.
- Top one slice with the lettuce and the chicken slice.
- Top with the red pepper slices.
- Now you can peel and slice the eggs.
- Add them to the sandwich and top with the second slice of bread.
Slice in half and enjoy at your leisure.
